Refund Policy

MindBook is a digital subscription service operated by AI Horizon Knowledge Strategies LLC (DBA AHK Strategies). All payments for MindBook subscriptions are processed by the authorized Merchant of Record identified at checkout, which handles billing, applicable sales tax, and payment compliance on our behalf. Our planned launch provider is Lemon Squeezy.

MindBook offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual recurring basis, depending on the plan you select at the time of purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your MindBook account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
• You will retain access to your data and free-tier features after cancellation

Because MindBook is a digital service with immediate access upon subscription, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal
• You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the paid features
• You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate billing)

Refund requests made after 14 days will be reviewed individually but are not guaranteed.

Please include your account email address and the reason for your refund request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are processed through the Merchant of Record shown on your receipt and returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Partial billing periods after cancellation
• Subscriptions where the user has substantially used the paid features beyond the 14-day window
• Free trial conversions if the trial terms were clearly disclosed

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly and fairly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
