By accessing or using MindBook ("the Platform"), a product of AI Horizon Knowledge Strategies LLC (DBA AHK Strategies), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the Platform.

MindBook is an AI Thinking Partner platform that enables users to engage with the Council Chamber and Mind Council, maintain private journal entries, create time capsules, and manage personal operations — all designed to enhance self-awareness and preserve digital consciousness.

You must create an account to access MindBook's features. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that the birth date you provide is accurate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misrepresent eligibility.

All content you create on MindBook — journal entries, council sessions, time capsules, and any other user-generated content — remains your intellectual property. You retain full ownership of your thoughts.

By using the Platform, you grant AI Horizon Knowledge Strategies LLC a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., generating AI council responses). We will never sell, share, or use your personal content for training purposes.

MindBook uses AI models to generate council responses, synthesis, and other content. AI-generated content is provided for informational and reflective purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological).

MindBook is an AI-powered digital software platform. All council responses, synthesis, and interactive features are generated entirely by artificial intelligence models. MindBook does not provide human-delivered consulting, coaching, therapy, or advisory services.

No human professional reviews, generates, or delivers personalized responses through the Platform. The AI-generated content is designed for personal reflection and self-awareness purposes only and should not be treated as a substitute for qualified professional advice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Platform
• Abuse API endpoints or circumvent rate limits
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit the system
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Platform to generate harmful or abusive content

MindBook offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid features are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Your use of MindBook is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take your privacy seriously and encrypt all personal content at rest.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Horizon Knowledge Strategies LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the appropriate jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
